Oxidation corrosion is one of the fatal defects of products. In the past, many products of our company were quenched in salt furnace for heat treatment. During the rainy season every year, the parts must be surface treated within a week, otherwise the residual salt will cause corrosion of the parts, and then lead to the quality problem of batch scrapping.

In this season, the surface treatment is usually carried out immediately after the heat treatment of product parts to deal with this problem. However, due to the large output and variety of product parts, this practice in rainy season aggravates the workload of surface treatment workshop in construction period, which constitutes the pressure on production arrangement. In order to alleviate this pressure and achieve balanced production, the enterprise introduced oil quenching vacuum furnace.
